good question... well if we were all thick and long we would have very good careers in the porn buisness. i personaly measure from the belly base. which makes me only 7" but according to "scientific" studies  5" to 6" is the average size.but i would put average in a profile, and hope they read the same scientific study. lol

I just went by what people have told me when they've seen my "endowment," and in general I'm told that it's pretty long and REALLY thick. I don't consider it to be especially big. I would've assumed I was average -- but then again, I've had it for a long time, and don't have a lot to compare it against. I'm not as big as most porn stars, but that's to be expected. It's pretty obvious that there's no real standard, though. If you see guys' profiles, you'll see really puny dicks that guys say are average, really huge ones that they also say are average, thin ones that they say are thick, etc.

I have seen a thick penis that was 5" circumference roughly the width of soda can. I consider myself averag maybe 3 to 3.5 circumference. Length is typically measured in relationship again to my own penis. Measuring from behind the scrotum to the tip of the penis is about 7". To standardize the measurement for a known start point I would suggest starting at the rectum. This gives everyone the same advantage. 5.5 to 7" I think is standard and average.
