He Hate Me "Vince McMahon is a millionaire that should be a billionaire ." CM Punk They had a 30 for 30 about the XFL the other night . For those of you who don't remember the XFL was the football league that was the brainchild of Vince McMahon - the WWE dude . More than 50 million people watched their first game . By the end of the season it was the lowest rated prime time sports program ever - they literally gave away the ad spots . There were a lot of things wrong with the XFL , but this show really explained the biggest problem - they put the teams together 30 days before the first game . The quality of the football was mostly horrible , and that explains why - it takes a LITTLE bit longer than a month to train for a professional sporting league season . All the other<b> sins </font></b>of the XFL could have been overcome if they had a game worth watching . 50 million people tuned in because this country loves it some football - they would have watched anything halfway decent . This to me is exactly what Vince McMahon is all about , he has some great ideas , but he can't get out of his own way enough for them to be successful .  I also learned that a lot of the production techniques that they use in the NFL today was innovated by the XFL . I have a blogfriend who often comments that the blogs aren't what they once were , that everyone is so negative now - which I kind of shrugged off mostly because I was never really into the blogging community here the way some people are - it seemed the same to me . I have noticed that there aren't many blogs anymore that are anything other than "here's some pics" or reprinting material from somewhere else , but you know whatever . Anyway this morning I went through a lot of the blogs and I have to admit there is a lot of negativity here in blogland . I'm the most negative person you'll find but what exactly is the point of complaining that someone else you don't like get's more attention than you ? I enjoy blogging obviously but being worried about your ranking is like waving your trophy from a smell contest - sure technically you won , but you won something no one cares about . Or aboot . I know this seems weird coming from me since I'm always talking about wanting to be in a blogwar but why so negative AdultFriendFinder bloggers ? What is there to be gained ? As Americans isn't it our duty to bottle up our negative emotions until we're at a baseball game where we can let them out by throwing a whiskey bottle at a dude in a wheelchair ? I considered posting attacks about all the bloggers more popular then me (AKA all of them) but people probably wouldn't realize that it was "satire" . I often do that , I think something is dumb so I do it thinking I'm highlighting how dumb is it but really people just think I'm a dummy also . And yes , the irony that I'm attacking other bloggers for attacking other bloggers is not lost on me . Or maybe it is . And finally , they say you can't judge a book by it's cover - which is 100% untrue , what they mean is you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover . The point is it's always a bit odd when you see someone who acts EXACTLY like they look . When I was at the doctor office yesterday there was a 20ish sitting with his arms crossed and a pouty look who screamed "whiny bitch" . Any time anyone sat down within 3 chairs of him he's make a bitch noise and make a big show of getting up and moving . When the nurse came out to get him he said loudly and bitchily "about time !" after waiting maybe 10 minutes . I could hear him complaining as they lead him to the exam room and the last thing he said was "My mom's coming to pick me up so you better hurry !" So you have to wonder , did god or nature make him look like a whiny bitch and because he looked like that people treated him badly so he became a whiny bitch ? Or did he choose to be a whiny bitch on his own and over time his looks changed to match ? Or is it all random and he just happens to be one of the people that got the whiny bitch personality AND the whiny bitch body ? Putting first by putting employees first, immediately after prioritizing fiscal responsibilities and leveraging profitability towards exceeding by empowering our employees to put (and themselves) first, in a diverse and respectful environment of only those that come first, first. |

Yeah, it does seem like there's a lot of infighting, and then navel gazing about the infighting. We have seen all of this before, though. I always seem to be on the periphery, enough in the know to be vaguely aware of friction going on, but not really in the trenches fighting. Perhaps it's a manifestation of our increasingly polarized internet culture, and the fact that so many people really get enjoyment out of trolling.

I never got anything from complaining. organized protests work so much better. but I agree with tickles. You cannot conceive the many without the one.
