This is for ladies who have implants and their partners.

I have never had the opportunity feel any augmented breasts. So this is my poll.
Do they feel like natural breasts?
Do they feel squishy, kind of like a water balloon?
Do they feel a little firmer than a water balloon?
Explain as best you can what they feel like.
