Hello my Readers, Happy Monday Hugs to you..I pose an interesting quesion..if you could fix what you think is wrong with AdultFriendFinder what would you choose to fix ? What is most important to you as a member of this site or even if you are an employee, what would you do to make this site work better for everyone ? Can it be fixed ? I think this site needs to remember that customer service is important. When they admit that the blogs are a low priority for them they are failing at customer service. We are the most verbal people on this site, and the most willing to express our opinions. They should provide us with better customer service. Also, the fake profiles on the front page are just ridiculous. The site bugs are beyond frustrating, and the site prefers to blame the victim instead. It's not our fault that they keep changing things, without fixing other things.

Hi Ana, we defo need to improve things here, it needs to look more classier than it does, right now it just looks so cheap n nasty and makes us girls feel that way too. I think it puts some women off to join a site that makes us look like that. Yes it may be a sex related site, but thats a chice we choose to make ourselves, some people are just here to date and make friends. Membership fees...why cant it be charged on a monthly basis?, not everyone can afford to pay a large fee all at once...........! Good luck with everything x

I was just saying to a friend how I am not ashamed to be a member here but what with the site advertising us as whores, hookups, sluts, etc..It can make some of the lovely ladies on site choose to not be a member here. The membership fee idea is a great one as I keep hearing members, both men and women complaining about the auto renew feature and how they do NOT like it at all. hii anastasia666 sweetie i have so so many small tweaks that would make such a big difference ,, some i have suggested some i havent ,, but tbh AdultFriendFinder either dont listen dont understand or just dont care ,, i have used many forums they offer here to suggest but i dont get any feedback ,, i know managing a database this big is a huge task and we all want to make it work but feedback is important ,, they want it ,, we want it too this post ''help me to get this blog bug fixed'' highlights the one that upsets me the most ,, if someone leaves me a message it belongs to me and it shouldnt be able to be taken back ,, AdultFriendFinder told me they bowed to pressure from leaving members to delete comments ,, i wanted to put the wants of existing members as a higher priority ,, get them to put more pressure on for us to keep our comments safe ,, they always use to stay on our blogs but AdultFriendFinder change it ,, it hasnt changed back to the way it use to be so i think i have failed !! note to AdultFriendFinder think more of your current members than your ex members !! plus put the blog gateway back on the main menu bar and tell new members when they loggin about blogland and other free functions instead of a new database as most new people i have chatted to didnt even know AdultFriendFinder had blogs take care lv scarlet  scarlet is at the end of your rainbow

I would just have like "netflix" $7.99 flat fee per month subscription charged every mouth on a debit or credit card which would include what one receives now in a basic gold membership! The members that would promote the site either with high quality content or referrals of N number of new paying members would receive a free gold membership for as long as they meet that quota of new paying customers every month! The standard member (free) membership doesn't work any more because it's to volatile and non sustainable as a business model! Eventually the company will have to change their business model to be profitable and have sustainable stable cash flow in the future because this business has thousands of similar websites as competitors and more coming on line all over the world every day! Premium services like VIP, and porn movies on demand would be extra like it is right now! This would instantly improve the bottom line and be more sustainable over the long run so the company could then focus on improving quality and provide good customer service for their paying customers. Just some ideas my Princes but they will probably go broke, in a feast or famine standard free memberships business model,instead before they change their business model! Thank you my friend for these awesome ideas. I can see where a basic membersghip could work..and it would bring in much needed revenue. I can the porn on demand feature going through the roof with so much activity as we know members might enjoy that It does come down to that they need to increase their profits but they also need to focus on the membership base and provide them with what they are expecting from this site to the best of their ability. (I do not mean hott guys or girls..LOL..) Customer service is defo on the list of things members are requesting be fixed. Do we keep gold, silver and VIP or go with Just One of those after the basic monthly fee ? IMP, Thank you for your great comments my dear friend. I think the site is trying to do its best in promoting itself to new members and offering the new features which as you said, do not work properly, as a way to pacify the members who were upset at everything that isn't working right. We know how hard SS and the Live group are working towards getting the issues fixed. I know the issues with the co brands bothered a lot of the membership here. I think we are stuck with the co brands as that brings in much needed revenue. Like you I wish the tech masters (Brilliant folks that they are) could fix all the other glitches before pushing something "new" onto the members..especially since most of the new "pushes" do not work properly. Hello Readers, I spent a very nice time with a friend on site. He is an IT person and I asked him what I've asked here of you all and we had a very deep 35-40 min chat and he said it was ok to share here with you all his ideas/concerns. The things he'd like to see fixed. I wanted to share all thoughts here so we can get the best ideas/opinions we can. Hugzz, Ana6 His ideas/concerns in his own words that I saved with his permission.. 1) For one thing, when logging in, I do not see my username typed, nor *** for password. I have to do it all blind. 2)Ah well, often the left side is terribly lagging or just plain incorrect.... (THIS IN REGARDS TO CHAT ROOMS) 3) The site does not remember my bar settings either 4) It does not remember the login page's language either, also not from bookmark 5)What would I change... Well you know the funny thing is, we always complain but we keep coming back. Perhaps that is lack of alternative, but I would never have set it up as it is in the first place 6) Also, it is kind of stupid for an English person to show the language selection in Japanese if I connect from Japan 7) Also, personally, I do not like autoimatically opening menus, such as in here at the top. Often my mouse comes in from above and when I try to click th typing box, I accidentally clicked some menu  I also dislike the agrressive way it is trying me to become a member. Esp since the promise "you will get laid!" has never been true for me (not thanks to this site, anyway) (A LOT OF MEMBERS HAVE TOLD ME THIS TOO..THEY DO NOT LIKE THE AGRESSIVE WAYS OF ADVERTISING)9) Right now there is a big 'Upgrade Now' button displayed half over the reload button 10) That also means the extra page in between loggin in and actually getting to the chatroom choices 11) Also I dislike that I can no longer resize the windows 12) Now everybody has widescreens and we can only use half of it. 13) Most importantly, they are so keen to ban ppl for telling their YM or even websites, but what we could really use is more rooms for Spanish speakers from Latin America and gay guys 14) They often overflow in here. Why don't they ban them for being a room that is inaoppropriate for them their purposes? 15) You asked about all these issues... and I am also an IT guy, be it in a very different discipline... but I do notice a lot more than the average person, perhapos... 16) I am sure there are rooms for them, but they often overflow into here, and start having cybersex in spanish or gayish.... or both (CHAT ROOM ISSUES) 17) it just happened to me twice, opening a menu instead of click my cursor in this text box... 1 Right, so somehow they managed to email you and with their phone #... quite a hole in the system, since their income depends on no0t being able to do that ( I TOLD HIM HOW STANDARDS ARE EMAILING ME THEIR PHONE/EMAIL ADDY.)19) They expect profiles to be at least a bit filled out , but perhaps they can reject the people who come here for a nosmut chats 20) So let's say there has to be some sort of smut in the profile to start with... explicit or tasteful, but something 21) Well.. unfortunately, as a standard member, I can not read profiles 22) Perhaps they should allow at least some part of the profile to be shown. In fact I recall in a group an employee runs here for members/employees, that folks brought this topic up about profiles being deleted and their comments go with them. My way to avoid losing a nice comment/thought is to quote them on my reply to the quote lasts even when the profile leaves. I would like to think there is a way we can have the site leave the nice comments the member left on while taking the profile down. It is late right now so I hope I am making sense..I hope the quote saves the nice posting. That loooooooong list does look quite familiar. LOL Yes, there has been a long-standing issue with the chat rooms, i.e. flash dump--where if someone in html moves to flash, all their recent posts get replicated and floods the room ( the person who causes the flash dump doesn't see what happens since the replicated posts only show in the html mode ), but the flash dump doesn't happen when going from flash to html. I've been told that this is one bug that can't be fixed. This site really needs to quit outsourcing CS Tier I. The comprehension level is low at best and there are too many extremes in how issues are dealt--it all seems to depend on a matter of interpretation. If a member is actually paying for membership, they should automatically be escalated to Tier II or something equivalent. There is a need to offer better support in foreign languages. Right now it takes too long to get answers to questions or get posts approved. There was a case where I wrote an email in English but I got a reply in Japanese solely because my location states Japan. I made a group post in Japanese once and it never got approved. Blogs and groups are a good way to promote interaction between members. There are too many new members who don't even know of their existence and just happen to stumble across them when they're fiddling around with the menu bar. Promoting these social aspects encourages more members to interact and have more fun on this site. Do away with the blatant lies they use to promote membership. Their on-site marketing strategies are more of a turn-off than enticing. The co-brand issue needs to be dealt with seriously. Not only is there too much redundancy, there is hardly any control from either side. As for the profiles, mandatory fields need to be set--location, orientation, looking for, height, body type, smoking, drinking, drugs, race, spoken languages, hair color and length, eye color. Introductions should be a minimum of 50 words. Fake profiles tend to be sparse with nothing but prefer not to says.

Ah,JN63JPN makes a good point about flash dumps, I forgot those. People switch to flash chat from HTML chat because they want to send a private message to someone. So, if we had that function in HTML it would prevent those flash dumps. Of course, many people do not want PMs, but they can easily iggy that person if a polite request doesn't work, and then you'd want to iggy that person anyway. Flash dumps affect all, unwanted PMs only the object of the PM-er's interest, and they are going to get it either way. Two more things I would like to mention: 1. Flash chat almost never works for me anyway. It takes too long to load and often times out. 2. PLEASE don't ever take the iggy function out! Bonus: Iggy doesn't work in IM (I think).
