Bath
Bath Why is it that whenever I have a bath in the morning it tires me out and makes me want to go straight back to bed, but when I have a bath in the evening it wakes me up and stops me getting to sleep? |

Can't try your theory out as I've only got a shower.

I know better than to try a bath in the morning, for they always make me want to sleep... Of course - I use lavender salts and bubbles which are relaxing.

It's a thought which has occurred to me.

I know, it's just too weird. I think Sassicat might be on to something though.

Do you know what - I think you are on to something here. They say that it is the drop in body temperature after the effects of a hot drink wear off which sends you to sleep, so maybe the same is true of a bath, but it takes longer to have an effect? I know that if I have the water too hot in the morning it can create a lingering headache later in the day (don't ask me how that works) and now I think about it, I probably find a morning bath more invigorating if I don't have it too hot. But it's nicer hot though isn't it, lol!

I have no problems with bathing in the morning. What I'd like is a better heater in the bathroom - I hate getting out into the cold...

I like the idea of you in the bath.

Um, because we always want what we can't have?

Lol, that must be it!
