A interesting question

While waiting on a phone call today, I was looking through some porn, I did a search for homemade porn, I ran across some that according to the titles was porn video from stolen or lost phones. It had me wondering if most people erase or delete their nude photos or videos?
I do have some photos on my older phones, I just got a new phone about weeks ago. Ha ha. I have a hard time throwing things away, I have had some magazines for 20-30 because of interesting articles and that I might need reread for a different project. I hate throw information away, I have always been that way. Some of the photos I have kept are from when gals were teasing me. One gal sent a pic asking how I liked her new fingernail polish that had sparkles in it. It just happened that her fingers were spreading her Bush, and lips. Ha ha when ever I run across that picture it reminds me of how silly she was and her kidding and teasing.
I am not worried about losing or having my phone stolen, maybe run over, or plowed under. Ha ha. I was just wondering if anyone else has thought of this, or are worried about it.

I used to worry more about someone keeping a compromising picture of me that I that I might have sent and it falling into the wrong hand than any pictures on my own phone. Nowdays I don't care much anymore..........lol

I don't worry about it since I have Find my Iphone app that will allow me to erase my entire phone if lost. Also, if for any reason I can't, Iphones are notoriously difficult to crack if stolen.
If selling or trading in I use the factory reset option which cleans all data.

Mine is a Samsung, after 13 tries with wrong pass code the phone cleans it self , erasing all and returning to a new default state..

The only thing I would miss from my phone is my memos. I have lists and recipes galore. I offload pics to my pc and back up hard drive. Nothing risque on my phone ... darn it! LOL

Nothing risque on my phone either. I would miss my pictures and voicemails of my family that have passed on.

Ive learned from students , never to have those pics on phones...these young ones can crack/hack/break into devices very easily.

Im also pretty careful with the electronics. Unlike my late hubs who would notoriously lose, break, drop in the toilet his phone.....so much so...that the insurance for it....cut him off for awhile. lol

Good post....n something to think and be cautious about.~~

I had not thought about that much lately, a ex gf use to take pictures of me naked all the time back before the cameras on cell phones. She would take pictures while I was sleeping, showering relaxing on the couch ect, but she would run and hide or put clothes on if I touched the camera. Ha ha

I have not really read up on any of those features on a phone, I might check up on that.

I had a Windows phone and it was easy to do that with, I am on my second Android phone and I have not figured out how to download the pictures ect to my computer. I might need to study up on that.

Glad I could give you something to think about, maybe you could have your voicemails and photos backed up to a computer. Have a great day.

Yep Big, a good question, and a good concern! Sensitive images, Mmm ...... could be embarrasing, and esp if somebody you know gets ahold of your fone! (Of course those images can be put in a secure file or deleted)? Also amazing how much can be stored on the cell, and I think the smartphone I have does a much better job then this laptop! Big grin about "food being the best first F Word"!

Yep, I had never thought about a lost or stolen phone myself, there does seem to be several ways to protect info and pics on the phone. I had not even considered it myself. Yep food is one of my favorites,😘. Have a fantastic weekend yourself Becca.
