 While I sympathize with you, my heart isn't really in it. I love those mom and pop fried food places. They are exciting to someone that grew up on only baked food with nothing spicier than a dash of pepper.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Wow, are those homemade chips??!! I love the meat to bun ratio, very generous. It's always nice to find a culinary oasis in the land of decorated sheds.
