CLEANING UP AFTER A SEX PARTY   Following on from four previous posts, ORGANISING A SEX PARTY, PREPARING A SEX PARTY, HOSTING A SEX PARTY and ATTENDING A SEX PARTY, this is the last post on cleaning up after a sex party. Yes, there is an end! Surprisingly, cleaning up after a sex party was never as bad as it seemed. Our sex parties were never like Charlie Sheen’s cocaine-fuelled parties! On getting up, I’d go downstairs often to find that a few guests who had crashed out overnight had cleaned up the kitchen and lounge - one advantage of getting up late! Over breakfast - coffee, toast and more coffee - the conversation with the overnight guests invariably centred on who did what with who at the party. It was a great way to piece together what happened at the party, as I could only remember what I did! After all the guests had left, we’d start cleaning up in earnest. The hardest task was washing the sheets and pillowcases, packing away the duvets and pillows into storage bags, cleaning the floors and surfaces, stowing various party bits-and-pieces into storage crates, and moving the furniture back into place. In between cleaning up, we’d take regular breaks where we’d catch up with what each of is did at the party. That conversation always turned me on. Also, we’d start planning the next party! One job I did like doing was counting the condoms left over after the party - a clear metric of the amount of sex had at the party! After a Royal Navy air strike during the Falklands War, Brian Hanrahan observed the returning jets and commented that "I counted them all out and I counted them all back." I was the Brian Hanrahan of sex parties! There was always plenty of leftover drink after the party - our guests always bought more drink than what was drunk at the party. Even if I didn’t have sex at the party, at least I could get drunk for a long time afterwards! One particularly important job was to make sure there was no incriminating evidence of a sex party left around. Everywhere had to be checked for condoms and condom wrappers! Once, my then partner’s found a used condom in her bedroom. We blamed this on a couple who had slept in her bed, which was sort of the truth! The highlight of the party usually happened after cleaning-up after the party. Then, I would often give my partner a cream-pie inspection before having sloppy seconds sex. I love cream-pies and sloppy seconds! What party have you held that resulted in the biggest mess to clean-up afterwards? At your party, do you clean up as soon as the guests have left or do you wait until the morning after? At someone else’s party, do you offer to clean up or wash the dishes at the end of the party? One top tip after throwing a sex party is to save all the used condoms. They make for a great skirt!    |

The worst party I have ever cleaned up after was my twins 18th birthday party. ALL of the kids parties were held in a pub after that!  Normally I would do a basic clean up before I went to bed....collect up empty bottles and cans and put them in the recycling and empty ashtrays....dispose of uneaten food...put anything worth keeping in the fridge etc. The heavy duty cleaning could wait till the next day. If I was still there at the end....yes I'd offer to help clean up.  ~~Anais Nin~~

At your party, do you clean up as soon as the guests have left or do you wait until the morning after? Generally right away, so we can sleep in and just go to check out At someone else’s party, do you offer to clean up or wash the dishes at the end of the party? I will usually offer to help some, picking up, taking trash out etc

As I'm yet to ever host any type of party, I always like to take part in cleaning up, tidying up and washing dishes afterwards. It's just gracious behaviour.

My daughter's sweet sixteen was the worst, because of the behavior of some of the guests, teenage boys are trouble -- enough said. Her birthday is near Christmas, she didn't need a thing, so all the kids were asked to bring unwrapped toys. The next day we took them to the marine barracks for their annual toy drive. At your party, do you clean up as soon as the guests have left or do you wait until the morning after? clean right along At someone else’s party, do you offer to clean up or wash the dishes at the end of the party? again, I might clean right along, unless I don't like the host then I might not lift a finger to help. Now, if you invite me to one of your parities, well I can't say that I'd have much to share when you compare notes, but the kitchen would be clean by the time you went to bed.
