What an interesting group there never heard of the Slits before. And I couldn't even say the first or last record I bought was. And the only concert I have ever been too is a George Strait concert as one of my friends took me with her.
I hope you both enjoy a great hump day..

Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

What was the first, last and best record you bought? - My first record was a single by Sweet (funny enough). It was called 'Co-Co'. I think my first album was Slade Alive?
What was the first, last and best gig you attended? - My first gig was Gary Glitter in 1973. The last gig was Carl Palmer's Band.
Best gig was The Jam in 1982 in St. Austell, Cornwall. I was in the front row!

That is Flea from Red Hot Chilly Peppers I believe?

I have some albums and singles by Alice Cooper, Slits, Roxy Music, Joy Division, Primal Scream in my collection.

The first record I ever bought was a 45. It was Yesterday, by the Beatles. I think the flipside was Act Naturally. Geez, I was quite young.

First touring band I saw was Black Sabbath in 1971. (I saw Alice Cooper a bit later - my second show.)

blog on!

The first record I bought was the album The Monkees. I still listen to it (but downloaded now) The last album I bought was Social Christmasing by Straight No Chaser. The best one was The Overture of 1812 ... I love blasting that through open car windows when stopped next to someone playing his music too loud. The cannons are epic.

My first live concert was John Denver, the most recent was Straight No Chaser and the best was Three Dog Night!

Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

I can't remember the first record I bought but it was probably The Beatles. And I can't remember the last record I bought either. It might have been La Traviata sung by Teresa Stratas. Some critics don't rate her all that highly but I know that the meaning of life resides between her thighs.

My claim to fame is seeing Hall and Oates just before they went big time, in a seedy little bar near the University of Delaware.

Happy HNW.
