Do these people have nothing better to say?

Why do people still send me emails like "thanks for the wink" and "thanks for checking out my profile"? Well, I haven't done either of those actually. It's also a pretty lame/pathetic to show that you are flattered by someone viewing your profile once.

Is it that not only do these guys look like Quasimodo but they don't know how to converse either? Sheesh.

 Well perhaps its just spam accounts with no actual person behind them, just automated emails?
Or there are of course some people who think people are stupid enough to fall for it because you can't possibly remember everyone you winked at, right? I mean, you're clearly winking at 500 men a day! ~sarcasm~

But of course its probably better than the "Hey, how are you?" or "Good morning!" that I usually start with. Trying to stay classy doesn't get many responses.
