 Can't speak for anyone else, but I keep myself shaved at all times. I figure it's a respect thing, I prefer a clean area to eat and play in. I assume most people would.

 I love to take the time to shave my cock and balls, and those that I seek I prefer that they are at least trimmed, but really love the saved men and women. Not to say I wouldn't play with someone natural, but shaved is definitely my preference.
