Ghost profiles

Ghost profiles


This is just an odd observation. I was looking at my watched blogs list and it occurred to me that some people had not posted new blogs in a while. So I opted to stop following ones that were not posting anything just to clean up list a bit. To start off, I had not looked at some of the blogs in a while. The oldest one last updated in 2011, and when I checked her profile she had not logged in since 2012. She was someone that I was actually talking to before she disappeared from the site. I know that sometimes people leave the site with no warning or turn off profiles for whatever reason with no notice. What surprised me is that her profile was still up after no one logged in since 2012. So I wondered how many ghost profiles were still up of members long past.

It also occurred to me that I have been in here for a long time. The pic on this blog is from around 20111, which I felt fit my train of thought.
