He say hello pretty much daily... in fact he is currently at the point of teasing me about how much time my son and I spend at the pool. Not quite enough to convince me to cross that line though.

 Okay you all might have a point. My crush has been MIA the last 2 days at the pool. I'm actually surprised just how seriously disappointed I was not to see him.

Maybe... just maybe if I can come up with a way to approach him that's in my comfort level I'll do something.
