I did a no- no at work...

I did a no- no at work... A few months back, I was looking at my phone (which I am not supposed to do). And it was new to me, so I was playing with it. And I was at work at the time. There wasn't any customers, just co-workers. Well I was scrolling through my pictures , and I found the one I was going to send to my hubby. I was looking at my phone, and wasn't paying attention. (dumb ass). And a co-worker saw the picture. Well, he asked, "who is that on your phone?" And me with out thinking...Did I not say I was a dumb ass.... I replied "Me" Then it dawned on me what I said and where I was. I looked at him and said" What the hell are you looking at my phone for?" I shut off my phone and went about my business. Thinking this was over. OH.... I was so wrong. Well a few weeks go by, and I keep getting hints, that what he saw on my phone, others now know. I don't let that bother me. For it takes A Lot to bother me, or make me mad. So a bunch of us have to stay after for work. I have a large variety of pictures on my phone and one of the women there I share things with her. She is awesome. Well, they are talking about chickens and pheasant and quail and their breasts. I take my phone out, and show the woman a picture, for I am not all that interested in what they are talking about. When I do this, the one co- worker says, "Oh come on, we know what is on the phone share it with us." I looked right at him and said "no" He made another comment, in which i replied "No". Shortly there after I left and went home. Again thinking this was over. A few days later he makes another remark about the phone and pictures. I let it slide. Then hints of the similar thing. I am one that doesn't put up with crap. I confront it. Deal with it. And be done. So, I show him the picture. To basically shut the fucker up. Thinking this is over with.. no more... OH FUCK ME.... I get called into the office by management. And they want me to write up everything that has happened in detail. Now, I have to say... Once I deal with something.. It means nothing to me. I don't keep track nor do I care too. So, now I have to try to remember what happened and what was said and done. SMH... So, the picture in question is the picture with my spenders over my nipples.  |

Sorry about the jerk. Maybe it would be best to make a point of not looking at any pics at work. Hope it turned out well. By the way, great pic.

No harm no foul with the pic. You have great breasts though........great! Oh my did I say how nice ........ Good luck with HR, pains in the ass.

Aside from being on your phone while working, I don't think you did anything wrong so I hope there are no repercussions for you from this. However, if you are ever going to get in trouble for a photo, it might as well be a really good one like that. Thanks for sharing and good luck. What a picture wow. Ok now the pervy is out of the way so sorry to hear about everything. Sorry the coworker couldnt take the hint or no for an answer that just sucks. The fact you have to write it all up after you have long put it behind you is just salt in the wounds. So very sorry to hear. Hope the guy has stopped pestering you and work is better  Keep your head up

i would tell the truth, and i would add everything he has done since and how that made you feel, he keeps asking to see picture you have told him No he keeps asking. I think am thinking management wants this more for him than you, at least i hope they do the right thing. just keep being firm with him to drop it.
