 Some of my best times in the U.S. Navy were to walk out on the catwalk of the aircraft carrier, with a cup of coffee in hand watching the sun rise before flight operation began.

 Having grown up in San Diego I knew a lot of places where the ocean view was awesome. I've taken a lot of sunset photos there (film, not digital) and have always been marveled by its presence. There were times I would go out to a point of view at night and wonder...."it's so dark...ominous...eerie.....scarrrrryyyyyyyy All that life out there swimming around and yet, there's no light to see anything"
Everyone is on a different plane of intelligence. Some people's plane has not taken off yet!!

very interesting perspective. so if you cant see it is it really there...lol
the power and sometimes terror that nature brings is looming but cant be vilified.

However...if a tree falls in the forest and no one else is there to see it, do the other trees point and laugh?
