You need to be there with her during those visits, otherwise they shunt patients out as fast as they can.

 Oh C I am so sorry for all this coming down on you!!! Personally I think your daughter needs to be seen by an internal medicine specialist ASAP, not the hospital ER ( maybe the CA insurance makes o go there??).
Have they even tried to rule out a severe bleeding ulcer of an esophogeal tear?
This long and continued definitely needs immediate looking at. If I were mother I would not be waiting for the next ambulance ride- I'd be finding a physician today. I am so thinking of you and this awful news
