It’s that basic, animalistic instinct built deep in the soul that so many repress. But there are some of us that have this drive so strong, it is impossible to repress. So we just hide the dirty secret until we find someone with the same needs and desires who is willing to let go, to give in to that which she secretly craves and which he’s ready to take.

I know those places. The ones below the gutter that no one talks about. The things that bring out the pure instinctual lusts and desires that many force themselves to repress, or feel they need therapy to "heal" themselves. They can be a tremendous release and utter passion. I had to chuckle at your choice of picture. The reason being is that I tell anyone I am about to meet, two things. I am a gentleman until called upon to be otherwise, and You are as safe as you want to be.

Running from desires won’t make them disappear, rather embrace and explore

We should always explore our desires. Life is to short not to.

I love your writings.. I can really hear the heart and passion behind your words. The very fact that we give terms like 'dirty' or 'depraved' to items from our 'Id' shelf makes us want to repress them. We are both Yin and Yang. Certainly I agree that we need boundaries, ie: do no harm, or follow the cardinal rule, but we wouldn't have been created with instinctual desire and need if there were no purpose for them. We are here to explore, and each new experience is an opportunity to go deeper into our self-awareness. You're awesome!
