BEAUTIFUL DAY

Hello everyone!

Here it is, Thursday already. The week went quickly for me.

My partner and I were on vacation last week. We had a wonderful time, visiting family and sightseeing in the Atlanta area. We came back through the mountains and had a relaxing time with a little sightseeing. It was good to get home. Unfortunately my partner got ill on Thursday morning and was sick for two days. We think it was food poisoning I felt SO bad for him, thinking that was no way to start winding down on vacation. I curled up beside him on Thursday---as did the cats---and took naps. I had to go for my sleep study that night and was concerned about having to leave him though I knew he'd be alright. Friday was a lazy day: reading and resting. Weekend was also low key. I've been trying to get back on track every since. Tired and aftereffects of not eating healthy and too much car riding. I'm eating better and had exercise today and yesterday. Halloween was fun with all the coming to the door for candy! I love seeing all the , especially the real little ones and giving them yummy candy. It's a joy I had my share of the goodies, too, which I surely didn't need! We got rid of the rest yesterday!

I'm enjoying this gorgeous day! I've spent a lot of time on the back porch today. I had breakfast out here and now I've got my laptop on patio table. I've enjoyed watching the birds drinking from the bird bath. Fascinating...

 I am sorry to hear about your friend, but I am glad you had a nice morning after a hectic Halloween. The little ones get a big kick out of trick or treating and so do we!

 Hello Ginger sounds like you had a beautiful wonderful day It is a beautiful day here in Pinehurst so nice I had to play a few rounds of Golf with friends.

Oh, that's great that you got to play a few rounds of golf! Perfect day for it! I got my hair trimmed/shaped; had my nails done (purple! I'm a Prince fan!) and met my partner for Chinese food early dinner. Weekend's gonna be good! Ginger
