 A FWB relationship is complicated. Anytime you throw sex in the mix, it makes for some mighty gray areas. I think the concept is great but the reality is flawed. At some point you are in a serious relationship, whether you know it or not. Your partner should be your friend or best friend. So really you are boyfriend and girlfriend but have just decided to not use those words. My wife and I are definitely FWB but in our case, sex is not the only benefit... If your having sex with someone and you consider them a friend, meaning someone you can talk to and do things you might want to consider that person something as I think that what most people want in a serious relationship, someone that is their friend and they also have great sex with. Just my 2 cents, now go see what that will buy you...
