I agree with you. Human beings are hard to understand. I worked in retail store for 17yrs then moved to eccomerce part of the company coz uuuuggggh customers are a nightmare. Being at the DC online that is , no customers amen love it. All we deal with is there online orders. And on the men many do it alot .

Great rambling! I love it! And I agree with japaneseass ... have a stiff drink and enjoy yourself. And stick with those to whom you are attracted. It is so much more pleasant.

Some people just can't change their thought process and need to be constantly reminded of the new rules. Sure I forget sometimes, but it's not like I'm impacting on someone's space constantly. Then there are those that just wont change their lives. A guy living a few doors away would always head out late afternoon or early evening to the local shop. Every day. That has not changed. Why he can't buy enough to last him two or three days I don't know. He's just putting himself (and others) at increased risk. I'm worried people and businesses are going to make up their own minds when this lockdown has ended as fas as they are concerned even though it is officially still in force. This behaviour is obviously going to extend the real lifting of the restrictions as the figures will not flatten out. Buying of plants and wallpaper and paint is not essential.

"Well, give it a chance. You won't know until you get to know them." If I already know them enough to know I'm not interested, why would I want to get to know them more?

My mum always said, some men don't look at the mantelpiece when they're stoking the fire ... I think that's very true, especially on here

I also spend a lot of time alone, I think the difference is you can't just pop out to the shops, or for a coffee, or just a drive around, to kill a couple of hours. And nobody has got anything to say to each other, because no-one is doing anything! My sister and I check in every other day... but it's very short..." hi how are you... bored... yep same here.. any news?.... nope... you? ,, nope! Ok then speak soon! We are in our 5th week here, work is trialling a click and collect option in a couple of area's but if they do decide to open nationally, it will be voluntary to start with,, personally I can't wait to get back!

My daughter works in a grocery store. One of her gripes; that neither her or the store have No control over; are the couples that come in and Beat the System !! They shop separately & then come to checkout stand at the same time with identical items; those that are limited to one or two per customer; other than he will have snack items that he wants and she will have hers !! Another one is, like you said, that come in several times a day to buy the limited items !!

Since my gym is closed my new cardio workout is riding my bike 5 miles on the sidewalk along a newly 4-laned road quite near my house. I'm AMAZED at the amount of traffic there - never knew so many of my neighbors worked in essential industries! Oh and as your posts go - this is among your more lucid ones. Uhmmm . . . who is Ima? When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

I'm used to being on my own but I do miss my siblings visiting. The only time I see them now is when they leave my groceries outside my front door and wave to them through my window. I can catch up with them online or on the phone though. I'm grateful for that, as it could be a lot worse. I'm in the 'high risk' zone, so I have to be extra careful.

I agree with the other person who said there's nothing to catch up on with friends because nothing's happening. But if that's the worst thing about this situation, I can handle it. I've been doing pretty well at keeping grocery visits to once every 10 days or so. But fell off the wagon this weekend. I did an "on list" trip to Aldi on Friday for things like fruit and veggies and yogurt, but then had a craving for fried chicken from the neighborhood "fancy" grocery store on Saturday night. Thanks for being a frontline worker, stay safe❤️

Hello Beautiful, good to see you in fine style, the girl we all know... I to have been able to stay home for 10 days in a row, I do have distractions that keep me busy, but I do miss going to town. Last Saturday I did need to go to the grocery store, I dawned my new mask and put on fresh new gloves and go in to "hunt and gather" It has gotten here where a list might not work as they are always out of a lot of things, but I am easy to please, I can try a different brand or cut. I did see a lot of people with the mask on but not covering their nose, some just over the chin. That does a lot of good!!! Just stay away from as best I can.. Get in and get out in a hurry! Your statements are all taken in context, good to see you with pen in hand, just be safe. BUT give da guy a chance, that might be your "diamond" wrapped up in that mess he is wearing, ya never know!!! Stop by at lonlyforlove2 also see Lunch with Lonly , we get snow tomorrow Check my blog on New Community, "A photo of my big Pecker" also, " My Sunday afternoon with the kids'

There were a couple of delis and mom-and-pop shops that closed for the Shutdown here. They technically could have stayed open as they are considered essential, but they chose not to. I just remember my immediate response of "GOOD! Take care of you and yours first and foremost, that's the right answer." These are places I didn't frequent previously, but will now make sure to support when they re-open. Then there are all the "technically essential" businesses that aren't all that essential. You're putting your employees in needless danger on a technicality. These are businesses that have lost my support. And lastly there are businesses I don't know what my opinion should be. Landscapers are technically essential. I get annoyed seeing them do non-essential work. However, they employ a lot of day-laborers here … a vulnerable segment of the population that doesn't have cushy Unemployment benefits the way I do. They're human beings too, and they have families of their own. I don't want to just condemn them to die because they can't work, so maybe it's better that some of these businesses do what they can to employ them.

Good rant, your angryness!! Nah, not at all...... I was verbally abused by a golfer last week when walking across the 12th fairway of a public golf course which is closed for golf (but open for walkers) as he was (unbeknownst to me) hitting balls directly at me. It was obviously my fault for not seeing him while I was doing something I was entitled to be doing which I thought to be perfectly safe while he was doing something he could have, and should have, been fined for. People are strange. I've walked over 300km since our lockdown started. Joggers who spray sweat and breathe on you while not making room, cyclists who have empty roads to cycle on but seem to enjoy whizzing past you on tight footpaths, dog owners who seem oblivious to the fact that their dogs, while not perhaps transmitting the infection, have just licked the arse of a dog and been petted by its owner who may be a carrier of the infection. Youngsters who think they are invincible. Aye, people are strange, and very, very selfish. Fortunately we're not all that daft...... Nice tae see ye McBiggles.........mil besos guapa. Or even better, loads ay snogs to ye!
