Not feeling it... And now I know why

Not feeling it... And now I know why I have been really not feeling myself lately and I finally know why. I have started my (SORRY) period! I have gone almost 10 months without it. I really hate PMS and I have had that every month but no mess. Stupid! I wanted to be in menopause or at least close to it! Oh, well. My life will go on. This past weekend was okay but here are a few highlights: I was driving down a street with a passenger and a police turns on his lights and sirens right next to me! Both the passenger and I screamed. Why do they do that? Happy it wasn’t for me. Also another policeman, on a side street passed me up and pulled over to a guy who was walking down the street. Scared me then too.  Picked up a very drunk man and he told me to just drive. So I asked him where are we going. He said, just drive straight. So I drove straight. I would every once in awhile ask him where we were going. He would say, drive straight. During this “drive” he would alternate between saying he hated me and saying he loved me. We kept driving until he told him to turn right, so I did. He would also say things like we are perfect together, I love you and shut up. I didn’t know what to do. I really don’t like rides like this but if he was paying, I will drive him. We finally get to where he says it is okay to stop and two young men crossed the street, he says “why are they here, they don’t belong here” I said maybe they are going home. He said, no, they don’t live here. I asked over and over if this was where he lives. He said yes. I sure hope so because I am not sure he knew where he was. Scary but what could I do.  Driving down Folsom Street I passed a periwinkle Honda Civic hatchback car with a large sticker along the bottom of the car says Manly Honda. Made me laugh out loud! Yep, it was a manly car.  In Fisherman’s Wharf there is a place where you can get a water massage. I want one! Have you ever had one? Just wondering if it is worth it?  Strange clothing choices in San Francisco… Hammer pants are big. Why?? A beret that they used to wear in the 60’s that reminds me of what the Black Panthers used to wear. Slutty dressed up very young woman all over the city. Prom season.  Have you ever gone into a place and insulted the first person you meet that works there? My guess is you haven’t because most people do not. Why do people get into a taxi and complain about taking a taxi? Don’t take a taxi if you don’t like them. Really????? Driving around the city I saw a head ice sculpture on the back of a truck. Very cool looking! I have not seen an ice sculpture ever in real life. Wow.  Saturday was laundry day in the city. So many people walked around with laundry bags or in carts. I am not talking homeless people walking around, just the average people of San Francisco doing their laundry.  Sunday was the Girl Scouts day of hands across America or something like that. So many in the city. When I was a Girl Scout we didn’t do cool stuff like that. Did you know there was a big boxing thing on Saturday night? Well, I didn’t know until a passenger got into my taxi and asked if i was going to watch that night. I guess I am happy I did not watch it. Heard many different stories about what happened. Did you watch it? What did you think?  Well, I think that is about all for me. The boxing has been hyped up a lot over here...I didn't watch it though! I've been drunk in a taxi a few times. The last time was nearly twenty years ago.
