]Good afternoon A/all

I hope this finds E/everyone having a wonderful past Christmas and Valentine Day.
I don’t get any new gifts as the Stingray pretty much took care of next few years … ..As if I mind. Am doing very well at the track with it also, learning what I can do with such power under me…

New NEWS ~~

I am no longer taking Karate classes am not afraid of going further but from a class of 6 maybe 8 to the next class of maybe 30. The chances of me and my newly fixed Knee in sparing are too damn scary. I really don’t trust anyone to back off…
SO
I bought the *Simply Fit* board and absolutely love it... it works all body parts...Will do a body shot much later after I reach my goal..

Please watch out for this sickness that is spreading over the US.
I had the DEEP (tear out your lungs) cough for almost a month. ( I now own stock in HALLS cough drops.)

Then hubby got super sick… lost 8# and slept many hrs over a 3 wk period. Knock on wood~~ it was NOT cancer after having many tests… turned out to be severe lung infection… and is on the mend (men are such babies when sick~ but he did go to work every day).
Enough about all that!
