I'm sorry that the guy was so disrespectful. It does sound a lot like his ego was a bit bruised. It's a shame really. Finding an equilibrium between each and every relationship is not always easy. It's really great that you were able to connect with someone that genuinely puts a smile on your face. I think everyone needs a little of that in their lives.

WTF? What a totally disrespectful move on his part. I'm of the same vintage, and there are plenty of people who don't have a problem with those of us in our 60's and geez, why bother somebody like you who's stated her preferences? You were way too nice.

I forgot to tell you that I write this to people who are out of my preferred age ranges - "I have a preference for certain ages. Just like some people can be into legs, or into blondes, I'm "into and get turned on by" people in this age range. It's nothing against you, you just don't fit that particular preference".
