 My plan is to live till 99, then get shot by a jealous husband while having sex with his wife LoL The Blue zones have it right, healthy eating and stress free living.

 In the so called civilised world we have become soft and used to too many comforts and easy ways of doing things. Can you imagine what people would say and do if there was suddenly no more electricity?

Very old age is great if you still have all your faculties. Though they say that soon people will live to be over 100 as the norm. Were we born at the wrong time?

 Well, starting last Friday, living in the woods ya know, I ran a chainsaw for three days cutting up and dropping some trees, still not done with the dropping,,the fallen ones are stacked already ,,,gonna start hand splitting soon. Sunday night we got 6.5 inches of snow and I cleared about 4,040 foot of snow,,took about two hours..LOL on top of all that I did my normal work outs, martial arts and running...I was a whipped pup by Monday afternoon...I feel great today though.. Over ten years ago I read an article about the number of centurions living in the U S A, over 3 thousand at that time...the article went on to say baby boomers will increase that number by a hundred fold. I figure if I can make 150 the docs will replace any broken parts and I will live forever. LOL Young end of the baby boomers I am. Medical science has advanced a lot in the last 10 years and I still have 35 years to make 100. see my logic. If I am lucky that is.

 Somehow I just knew...Ol' "Big Blue" was going to make a appearance... One of my former bosses kept Labatt's Blue around for after-hours soirees...Another bunch of folks in Ballard swore by PBR...Pabst Blue Ribbon...To me...All beer is swill...If I'm going for a Hopp-Pop...It'll be a Anchor Steam Porter or Stout...A "meal in a bottle"...I managed to crank out a few miles on Margie today and did my Civic Duty...Treated myself to a footlong Subway Black Forrest Ham with Provolone, Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Cucumbers and Honey Mustard dressing...This burgs nickname is Mill Town...Used to be the home of many logging/paper mills...Along with a Smelter...Heavy metal residue is all around...Our Cancer rates reflect this...Living long...Is ok...Living well is the best...

I'm pleased that you took 12 hours off from the site... It has done you a world of good...

Finally... you see blue like I do...

why has it taken you this long... over 3 years to cum to the right side... that side that wants to know people in the biblical sense... that sees God's country in what some call the great state of Texas...

and... thanks for pointing out my blue zone... yes... I luv all things blue... (well... most things blue... some scare me... like big blue...)... but, this is your blog post... so... we'll leave it at that...

sometimes people pick the mountains... but... they weren't born on a beautiful pacific coast... they weren't born near the equator... they have no reference point for beauty that their eyes have never seen...

cultures, that they'll never experience...

 the first few photos of a certain beverage I suspect would not be consumed by those in your blue zones, due to the high level of processed sugars within the brew.....and there is the question......live life, or lead a life to simply live. No use doing nuts if it only makes your life seem longer.....at the same time, regular exercise of same type seems to be a no-brainer - by one who spends far too much time on his behind typing....
