I have never faked an orgasm, and I would be so unconvincing that I would never get away with it. However, I have not had one from time to time because of different reasons, some of which you mentioned. I know she will always feel like she let me down if I do not have one but sometimes life just gets in the way. Used to fake them all the time. During phone-sex that is.
