I think it shows a lot of profiles online when they aren’t! . I also get a lot of phony profile views. When you try to view them it says no longer available or not found. Seconds after they viewed! I also have been noticing a lot of profiles that lately try to redirect you to other sites! It’s a scam fer sure! Thanks Joy for your pics and videos! Still wanna make a video with ya darling! This site has been broken for years, I have given up on trying to figure most odd things on here, it will drive you silly. Being gone for almost 6 years it still didn't surprise me that the same issues were still here.

This site is screwy!!!! the numbers go up and down faster than a yoyo ..many times it says I'm on line when I'm not and it says I'm on "IM" when I never go to IM.

That's a good Q, but I may be the wrong person to answer that. I'm on my phone 90% of the time, and when I log off.... I'm logged off... 😶 I have noticed another glitch here... Is it just me (I've changed deodorant recently), or are people less friendly than they used to be? I flutter around blog land and the vibe is crabby.... No? 🤔 I'll go back my trusty... There are a few frustrations to the site for sure but it is entertaining, even the crustiness, provided it's not directed at you.

This exactly what happens to me very, very often, in fact, almost everyday. A person who I converse with almost everyday will say to me that she saw me online and on IM after i said I was off and was asleep. Sometimes she says I was on during the mid morning before I have awakened and wonders why I didn't answer. Even worse it is random as to whether her profile will show up as online when she is..... So many cam dropouts, other CAM weirdness and IM weirdness that I dont have time to talk about. ~Farl

You and I share the same time zone...you should be sleeping at this 5:31 pm Wed evening...this site is full of unfixed glitches. The larger and more fancy something is the more likely something will go wrong...if it ain't Murphy it should be. I don't have anyone I am IMing with at this time. Or anytime I am logged in which is about 1 hour a day. Busy, busy and more busy.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was something the site did either deliberately or accidentally. Do you purposefully sign out of the site when done, or just close the browser before shutting down the PC?

oh, btw, your profile has never been in the list of people who are online or in the IM list whenever I have accessed either. I do check those list often, not as much lately as I use to. And never in the actual IM messenger list.

Yes it has some flaws, so make sure you exit through the exit and not the flap! IM the response takes and a half crazy website! Rio flows in its bed and goes around with its waters!

That's not a first for that to happen my friend there have been days in the past when someone thought I was on but I wasn't. Sometimes when you log out it doesn't always register with the site, so yes I think maybe it's a site glitch. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

If you want a reliable chat service with people that you know, there are plenty of free IM services out there that work infinitely better. I've been on AdultFriendFinder on and off for over a decade, and they still haven't fixed a lot of the bugs that I reported to them when I first joined. Like the "amp;" bug that goes with using the sick smiley.  amp;How could they not fix something that simple in over 10 years? These pathetic code monkeys aren't going to fix a thing. And the incredibly outdated source code for this site hasn't changed much at all in that time either. Honestly, I don't even see a single reinvestment of the money that they take from so many people. Some days the site is so slow to load that they must barely even keep their own servers running. It's pretty sad. So yes, the glitches on AdultFriendFinder overfloweth. Which is all a huge factor in why I won't upgrade above being a standard member anymore. If you don't get what you pay for, then why pay for it? I'm here to blog with the people I love. In spite of AdultFriendFinder's shoddy platform. Even an herb as sweet as basil is nothing without its bite. Lord Basil

Hi Joy. taking me further with a site glitch... maybe, the site has some kind of deal with a marketing firm for numbers of clicks or messages to others... that's one way to boost the numbers... throw them a curve ball... then, fix it, then break it somewhere else... hmm... for me... I just read the blogs... get the attention of a clown, or deaf, dumb and blind woman that has braille translator on her laptop... and, she actually reads profiles... yes, it could happen... made me think of this one... That glitch is one of the oldest. I've been on the phone with friends who show to be online and they tell me they've been logged off half an hour before.

It's frustrating in more ways than one, when you think the person you want to contact is online here...actually isn't...or vice-versa

Dear Joy, the 2 things this site is least reliable with are instant messaging and emails. Countless times it has appeared that someone was online at a certain time when they were found out to clearly be NOT online. It has happened both ways. Either someone we were chatting with at another time was listed as being online but wasn't, or we were listed as being online and weren't. OH yeah, one more fluke of a thing. VIEWS...… lately it has gotten rather irksome. Someone has been in the list that has VIEWED us, but when asked; they were in the dark since they were listed in another state and had no interest in our profile or pics in any way. So there's actually 3 things this site is rather.... um..... less than expected The Hubby
