I'm new to blogging, my 2 posts are open so comments show automatically. I think it fair since I end with a question to evoke a response to see if anyone had a similar story they wanted to share. If a response is inappropriate I delete (very simple). I also utilize a "private message" post for anyone to reach out to me, but the preview setting is on. Did that when a couple reached out to me via IM and I couldn't pick up the message (IM is not cooperative fir a Standard member).....a potential opportunity lost. Kept it "private" just in case someone sent contact information as i do not want to broadcast that without permission. As always, thank you for your thought evoking posts!

I do appreciate you very much as a friend although we are far away from each other. Not sure how many years we been in touch with each other but been awesome! Once posted, it should almost be like etched in stone. Any misunderstanding, is between the poster of the comment and to whom it was posted about. Trying to make sense out of this, I do understand what your saying too.

Joy, I have asked a riddle on my blog (okay a math question riddle) and thought that I should have checked the approved comments button for the sake of allowing numerous people to supply an answer without being influenced by other answers. I would state thus and set a respond by and then approve all.

Yeah I don't get it either, something to hide I guess, and for me if I can show all my body naked to everyone than why hide comments and I love woman so I try to post stuff to learn about what woman want, desire and like as I find some gals can be hard to figure out.

Don't have an answer for your question. However, the way I look at it when I write, being human, I'm hoping someone will find it interesting. If not, nothing I can do about that (except write better in the future). I don't know that anyone can post anything that I'm going to be bothered enough to want to take it down/hide it. I don't know the person, they don't know me, ergo, they don't matter. Their response will be right where they left it. I might be bothered, but not enough. One of the benefits of being an "outsider."

I have DELETE and BAN as buddies. I leave everything up unless it is rude or crude. You know that I have posted nasty right back at them and then banned them or posted a warning that if anyone is rude- zip your ride has come and your are gone. My Blog mailbox is where the private things go. The only issue I have with that is the ungodly as mount of time it takes to delete the old ones that no longer matter (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

I've been doing the pending comments since the summer. I will probably go back to the automatic comments now that the rudeness has gotten under control lately. Funny women are incredibly sexy!
