I REALLY like Canadians!!
| ||
|
1 - maple syrup 2 - maple leaf 3 - besides the accent? manners and laid-back demeanor 4 - none came to mind immediately, but for some reason singer gordon lightfoot did upon thinking, DUH, captain kirk - william shatner 5 - toronto of course, but since you said that, montreal 6 - only because of #4, gordon lightfoot came to mind first, any other time, rush then triumph 7 - hockey, but since you said that, canadian bacon 8 - believe it or not, since i (used to) watch hockey, "o, canada". its the only other anthem i know the words to (but not in french) 9 - back to canadian bacon 10 - worlds longest peaceful border. best neighbours we could wish for. "well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"

I know very little about Canada. I do hear the people are annoyingly nice though, and you enjoy hockey far to much, your Canadian football league is unwatchable, and my grandpa who lived in Texas at the old people resorts, had many Canadians who stayed there, and he told me all Canadians were bad , and thought they were better then Americans, and not to like them.. This was just a joke they had between the Americans and Canadians who stayed there Feel free to message my private mailbox

When Gerry first started, I didn't like him - seemed like too much forced humour to miminc Steve Harvey which fell flat. However, after a few months experience, he is relaxed with an easy humour and very enjoyable now. Love the "Canadian" questions.

Your Canadian Classic pizza is sometimes known as Hawaiian pizza here (Pineapples often come from Hawaii). Add mushrooms and sauerkraut and you just made my favorite pizza.

guess who - american woman the story i heard was that they were doing a concert in california in the 60s or 70s and someone told them they needed green cards to perform. while on line to register, they suddenly realized that green cards would make them eligible for the draft (of coyrse, this was during the vietnam war), and they supposedly immediately piled into their van and didnt stop driving until back in canada. thats when they wrote the song, and the american woman of the title was supposedly the statue of liberty. I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet. I think nothing beats the original version with Richard Dawson. I especially don’t like the current version with Steve Harvey as it seems more about him than the contestants.

Messier was the guy who got me into hockey...the year the Rangers won. I do miss the chocolate Danish from Tim Horton's. The ones in Michigan were never as good as the ones in Ontario. Used to bring back a box of yummy treats when I would drive back home
