I've had many boats from conoes, 12ft row boat to 16ft, 20ft ,27ft now 25ft motor boat saltwater and 16ft bass boat for fresh water. I've caught sun to tuna 125lbs Blue Fish, Stripe Bass, Black fish,Black Sea Bass. Fluke(summer flounder and winter flounder) weekfish(sea trout), sea robins, spinny dog fish and sand sharks, cow nose rays 40 lbs, blow fish, oyster crackers, skates, dolphins ( the fish), eels, crabs, ling , whiting, mackerels, oh there a few more all salt water. Fresh water sunny, pickerel, pike, Large, small and rock bass. Walleyes , cat fish , crappies, eels, truttles, frogs, trout and other. Yes I catched night crawlers too.. I've fish small ponds, lakes, rivers,great lakes, back bays, big bays and out 90 miles in the ocean. Fished com water like glass to 12 ft seas caught fish either way Trolling, casting, drifting , on anchor Fished with many people love fishing with woman alot if they like to fish they can out fish any man I know. Crazy but woman and kids win many pool for biggest fish caught on party boats. Been fishing since I can remember had many good teacher my next door neighbor and his wife fresh water. My brother and I fly fishing for bass. (Even thought I got a fish hook in my left eye now have loss of vision I don't fly fish no more) July 4 weekend 1976.. Other wise I'm still learning how to catch till this day. Spinning rods, bait casting rods, tuna rods so many I do have. Not enouhht time to us them all I only fish to eat and share with family and friends. Good luck fishing hope you land a big one let see so picture even it you let them go. Have a great time and best of luck. As a young child I grew up on a small pond, swimming and fishing were how I enjoyed life. There were no trout in the pond mostly bass and pickerel. My biggest bass caught was 5 and1/2 pounds caught on a crayfish. And a 39 inch pickerel caught on a red devil spoon. I still fish from a canoe and a tent and sleeping bag are my preferred accommodations. I'm quite impressed by you and your post, you rock!! Country Life Rules Enjoy your vacation

I've fished in NJ, Ny,Pa, Ma, SD, NC, never Cananda close but no cigar. Want to fish Florida, The gulf of Mexico and Alaska.

I also tent camp and fish. I fish out of a Kayak made for fishing. Live the pease and quiet of the night around the campfire. Nothing but the coyotes crying, the owls hooting and the crickets singing....Peggy Sue.  I was hoping to also go for a few days this week but after 4 months off I was called to go back to work Monday night. Have fun. So nice to be insane; no one asks you to explain.

Hi Joy thanks for taking me further with fishing I do enjoy it so So gents: Do you fish? Yes, I do, not as much as I want to though Do you have a boat or like me and fish from a canoe in an early morning sunrise? My friend has a boat that we use when going to Lake Texoma, when I went deep sea fishing in the gulf of Mexico, we went on a What has been your biggest catch ever? big enough to keep and eat (I caught 5) What kind of fish was it? Red Snapper What bait do you use reel them in? the ship had all kinds of chopped up fish for us to use Do you or have you fished with a woman? Yes, I have. One who likes fish for more than just your compliments or anyone else's? Yes, she did like to really fish. Rare find she was. Are you a Fisher Man who has taught his , like my Dad did , actually Fish for more than compliments from boys and men?? I've taught my daughter, sons and lovers how to fish, with success. I haven't fished since my fishing buddy died in 2004...We fished for rainbow trout, sometimes frying them over an open campfire. Many of my family fished including my parents.....we were shore fisherman as I don't go in boats. Rules have changed a lot lately.....we must use barbless hooks, no live bait like worms, limit of 3 fish only....It's not worth buying a license anymore! "GO LEAFS GO"!!!!!

Sounds like a gorgeous plan my lady ... As for me, used to fish free diving, back in the day, but not much of a fisherman, to be honest, I was more into gazing the scenery - I still do actually, quite a bit of snorkeling , but haven't employed the spear gun in years Have fun - P

Sounds wonderfully relaxing. Enjoy!! I'm a saltwater fisherman, and just don't have the patience need for freshwater fishing. Since this is A*F*F after all, have to ask about the gender mix / sleeping arrangements, and possibilities for fun this week too. What a great idea! And a relief from the last couple months  . I am not a fisherman, but like the enthusiasm. I do hunt and have similar areas of like. I don't get much but enjoy my efforts

I prefer to fish from the shore when possible, or in a sturdy boat with my dad and friends. I did fish from a paddleboat on my uncles Pike fed pond almost caught a big one. Not a fan of canoes the way they rock. Fear was bestowed as a kid at a camp for kids.

Nice just to get out away from things every once in a awhile. I went winter hiking down here right before all this Covid broke out. I never saw a single person for the day. I do not fish much but I do hunt , so seeing the sun come up watching a field wake up to a new day is lovely.
