 You can wear it all day, but you should be pulling it out every 30 minutes to reapply lube since water-based lube tends to dry. You can imagine the problem removing the plug after the lube has dried inside.

 Here is a tip... you might want to trim the sides of the plug base so you can walk around a lot easier. Just avoid pushing hard on the plug after it has been fully inserted to prevent the base from going inside since some plugs might be pretty soft .

 My problem is that it dries out and it starts burning after awhile..needs lots of lube.
I just use them for an hour or so.
I do have a few sets of them.
