My Connection or the Site, Is this Happening to You?? The last 5 or 7 days, Very often. when trying to navigate the site, especially here on the blogs side. when trying to answer comments, write a comment or when trying to make a post, when I click send, most times won't happen. it will just sit there and then a message will come back saying, " This Site Can't be Reached". sometimes I lose everything I was typing. feels as if the site is very slow. I value you and your comments. I am usually on top answering every comment people make in my posts, but is painfully to do it this way. please be patient. work with me. don't think that I am ignoring your comments if you don't see an answer. is very hard to answer or comment this way. I will email someone from the site to see if they can help us out, No need to get angry people, things happen Are you having this problem?  SiteSupport is visiting and commenting this post. if you have any questions or concerns. please leave it here for them. communication is important. but please be respectful about it. UPDATE...I spoke to someone from the site, they will look in to it, is Monday, everyone is busy. Please make sure you also bring it to the attention of the IT department. that way they are aware that there is an issue with the site loading up. 2nd UPDATE. SiteSupport chime in this post. they were nice enough to come by to give us an update. If interested. Please read their comment below, to see what they said in regards to this issue.  |

Yes, the entire site has been strange the past week or so. I have had a hard time switching from one place to another and it has been running much slower. The things we all put up with for a little sex, eh? LOL Cum follow my blog and feel free to leave a comment. It's what makes the chat interesting!

Yes, the entire site has been strange the past week or so. I have had a hard time switching from one place to another and it has been running much slower. The things we all put up with for a little sex, eh? LOL

Having worked with several software companies. I suspect the problems are all tied up in the database. That's where pretty much everything is stored like who viewed you, who's online, who's on IM. And I further suspect AdultFriendFinder has a pretty out of date database software. I've done software testing too. And this site is poorly tested. That's why they fix one thing and break several more. They rushed to get a mobile app out and that caused innumerable problems. Automated testing usually cures a lot of ills. Before a build is ever released to the public, automated tests can be run overnight and by the time everyone gets back in, you have a lot of hopefully positive results. Or you immediately know what got broke in the build that worked before. It takes a hellova commitment and excellent management to be able to suck it up and not release software that they know is broke. Software developers, bless most of their pointed little heads, love to release "cool stuff" to amaze everyone with what their fingers can do on a keyboard. But I've been associated with a few companies who reigned in their code cowboys and told them no new functionality until everything in the existing version was fixed. And you know what, the companies made money! The consuming public really wants shit to work, a lot more than kool stuff on a website. Its hard to convince the code cowboys of that, as they inherently want to outdo each other with kool stuff. Fixing bugs is mundane work. Albeit getting everything to just work right can be real profitable. Got to be some tough managers to get the fixes done right, and quick. End of my rant for today. But I can assure you that things did work better the many years ago that I joined. Part of that is ppl here were more serious about actually meeting and playing. Seems like in expanding the user base, AdultFriendFinder brought in a lot more voyeurs, fakers, and fantasizers. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Yes, but AdultFriendFinder is actually one of the best sites on giving freebies to people, no one, sites or not, wants to give anything for free now days, is normal, cause at the end of the day, is a business. problem is. that some people got so used to having so many free features in here, that now they expect them to be free. but we can't blame AdultFriendFinder for all that either, I mean. if someone likes something. then they should also put a little bit out. problem here is that some people expect everything free. so they can sound as cheap as they accuse AdultFriendFinder.

I have had a few messages like that but not due to commenting. I was browsing the site when I got that message. When switching between the various departments and blogs there is some lag time. I think a download update for the security program I use might be the reason for the lag time. The lag time seemed to increase after the download.

I couldn't get on at all the other day. I just quit. about 5 hours later when I tried, it was fine. I let IT know the time of the glitch You cannot conceive the many without the one.

Hahahaha, you are a mess...but talking about that, I was late for dinner with a neighbor today, he invited for dinner at 5. I kept looking at my clock in the kitchen. it had 3:45 I figure I had another hour, call my neighbor to tell me when he is driving home. he said, I am almost there, I said, why so early, you said 5, he said, you forgot to forward your clock, is 4:45 I was like OMG, I was not even aware of the time change Lol, luckily I just had to go one floor down, so I was only 5 minutes late Haha

I have found that JPEG images are the most computer friendly. If the image is not JPEG then you have to open with paint and resize it and convert to JPEG. Quality is lost when resizing. Not sure if this helps at all sweetheart. Btw, love your new profile picture

I lose so much in both points and $$. not fair
