Can you tell when a woman has on orgasm during oral??

I was wondering if guys can "tell" physically when a woman cums other than by the "I am cumming, I am cumming" and all the cries of joy when she does??

I am thinking this because Ive faked it plenty of times, and I wonder if guys knew and didn't care lol. When I have gotten off in the recent years, regardless if Ive been with this person or not, when I cum I am like "stop and just feel, can you feel my orgasm?"
