This COVID thing sucks!

Wow... what a crazy year.

I haven't posted a new blog in a while, probably because I haven't been on much. Of course, it's not really motivating when you get online and the first thing is, "Can't do anything until vaccinated."

I live with an immunocompromised person, so I gotta be super careful.

2020 was just one thing after another, and it will likely be several months into 2021 before things even start returning to normal. Hobbies, vacations, leaving the house for more than 5 minutes, walking down the street without worrying how close someone might get to you... you know, "normal." ^_~

I hope everyone reading this is doing well, staying safe, and being happy. Despite all the negatives, there's always something to be thankful for.

I, for one, am thankful I have such understanding family and friends. I'm able to be myself, and explore myself, and not have to worry that something is going to "get out" and suddenly I'll lose everyone I love. I gotta say, that's absolutely huge.

I haven't had much cause to get dressed, but I have done it once or twice while at home. My have seen me. I've spent the day with the family while dressed. I let my know, "It's not wrong for girls to wear pants so why would it be wrong for boys to wear skirts?" Like Eddie Izzard says, "They're not boy clothes or girl clothes... they're my clothes."

We have several Trans Friends. My have already started asking whenever they're not sure, "do they like to be called he or she?" It's really awesome because I didn't teach them that... they just started doing it. Funny thing is, since they're young... they are exactly the same of squeamish as I remember being, weather it's a boy kissing a girl, a girl kissing a girl, or a boy kissing a boy. The genders involved don't matter to them at all, it's purely the whole "physical intimacy" thing that are almost always "yuck" about.

Like from "The Princess Bride," "Grandpa, they're kissing again... do we have to read those parts?"
