what can I do to be less intimidating to men?

For some reason men never approach me. As some of you might know i am a barber and i don't get hit on or asked out, I get absolutely nothing. When i go out with my friends guys never come and ask for my number but they ask my friends, and im to shy to ever approach a guy, so what can i do ??

 Skky- the first guys response at the top is probably the most accurate, in my experience men are more likely to hit on average women more often for fear of being rejected by a beautiful one. This is why you see so many good looking guys with average gals. The number of drop dead gorgeous women I've met who were actually very lonely is crazy and the ones who are a little assertive and not shy usually get who they want.
