No.

Your mask prevents some coming in, but it prevents most going out.

So you wear the mask to protect others.

And as a 60 year old man you're at risk... so you really do want people to be wearing masks and protecting you.

 I feel for you because, although I wear a mask if going into a shop (now mandatory here in England), I can only keep it on for so long. I have a condition where my chest doesn't expand as it should (Ankylosing Spondylitis), so I do struggle even without a mask at times.
