 Hello honey I think you have a valid point there can be to much of a good thing. I believe most women like a generous amount of foreplay. I think your rite also , I believe age plays a part in that too. what got you off in your twenty's may not be what you need in your thirty's or forty's or hell your fifty's for that matter. And lastly there is a difference between fucking and making love ie; good sex.

 Get some lube, something that feels good for you. The feeling of silky sliding warm engulfing skin is wonderful. Communicate your desires, wishes and wants. ESP and the Crystal Ball tactics actually do not work very well at all.  Try getting them to take a variation approach.. I know I know, we're talking guys here, so you may have to say it real slow and write it in crayon. Sometimes we're not all that good at listening.
