Pink Shirt Day
Hmmmm..... I thought Pink Shirt Day was about Anti-Bullying. Please correct me if I am wrong here. But I am sure it came about because a young boy got bullied because he wore a Pink Shirt to school. Some bullies thought he was gay. So these homophobes bullied him. A couple others stepped up. And later encouraged others to wear a Pink Shirt to help erase bullying.

Is my interperation correct?

Since my partner is now out. I am stepping up my Ally stance. Am I an Ally, not sure. I am in a relationship with a trans girl. Well whatever. I have time to figure out my sexual classification is another day.

Well back to my original story. I decided to step up my outfit today, by not only wearing a pink shirt. I decided to wear my 2 Pride items today too. A braclet I got from a Pride Parade and a Trans Pride Skirt I made.

I got so many compliments on my skirt today. I was very vocal it is what I made for a Pride March we attended. Hey there is so much bullying of the LGTBQTS+ Group and this all started becauase of people taking a stance against homophobes right.

Well my wore her pride stuff and a co-worker wore hers too. We are all proud to be allies, or whatever our classification may be.

Well my co-worker wearing her rainbow stuff overheard another person complaining to the boss, asking if we should be allowed to wear our LGTBQTS+ stuff. She was told by the boss to drop it.

I was talking to the boss first thing this morning, when he complimented on my skirt I said I made it for the Pride March, and I made it after watching the Pride Parade. He said he always wanted to go, asked if it was fun.
