 Truth be told, you did not invite him , it is your lease, and therefore, he is a trespasser!! Your daughter needs to wise up and tell him to get out of her life. The police can pay a visit and make him depart legally I am so sorry that turkey and fun with your granddaughter were ruined. What an unpleasant birthday for you. I'd send you some pie if I could.

 Sorry to hear those troubles especially close to birthday. I hate those dramas. You can go easy way just put house for sale. After sale everyone can parted ways with no drama.

The daughter has already told him to go. As for asking him, true I didn't ask "him" but my daughter's family to move in which he was a part of then, so he's covered on that aspect as well. Did you say PIE? I always have room for pie.
