 Moved out six heavy cans of demo trash yesterday. Old plaster, lath and flooring. With the snow melting away at least it was easier to get it all to the dumpsters. The one unit of the three is starting to take shape, the alcove for the fridge. is all finished and just needs to be primed and painted. The new concrete backer board is up on the shower walls all ready for the new tile to go up, and the flooring guys have installed the new flooring through out the apartment. There is still a lot of stuff to do in there, but it's coming along. Good thing too, as the place has already been rented.

I never found out why the mini mart was closed yesterday. Then again I didn't ask when I went over there after work last night. As it was I didn't know any of the clerks who were working. The regular staff wasn't there and it looked like there was a whole new bunch in their place. Could be they were just training new people? They do that at that store. With a number of locations around town they use that store to train people that will work at other locations.

Well, it's Friday. The end of the week for most people. Must be nice. Me I have to work weekends as well. The robins I saw yesterday are acting the fool, males for the most part. Though I did see one lone female. ( you can tell the difference between the two by the color of the red feathers they have, the female not being as bright as the males. ) Any who the males were all trying to get the attention of that one lone female. She , having her pick of the flock was having none of them. I sat back and watched them a bit in between moving trash out to the dumpsters. Yep, spring is on it's way.

I'm off to shower now.

 Cowboy and I spent years working weekends. He worked over 32 yrs at one job and still worked every other weekend. Have a good day sweety!
