I hope everything is well with you..... we were supposed have our first meetup today. After talking for weeks, and clicking like legos, this was it. I was excited. I donned my best outfit. I couldn't wait. My heart was palpitating, My head couldn't keep a thought. Around the time you were supposed to arrive, a text came in saying you couldn't find your way. That was it. I hurriedly texted over and over, begging for information. (The first text back I had told you to pull over, just in case) I waited. and waited, and waited. No response, I waited for two and a half hours, the time it should have taken you if you had left your house when you texted me you couldn't find your way. Emotions ran through my head. I may very well have been stood up. They call it "ghosted" now, I think. So, just before I left, I texted a few lines, going through a few emotions. I was hurt, but won't stop trying, because there will always be hurt in the world. My pride was still in tact, and I told you that. And I hope you weren't in a bad accident. Since then, I've called every hospital in between here and where she lives to make sure. No sign that she's had an accident. Have I been duped? |

Damn so sorry that he lost his way to a wonderful night is bliss with you Miss. it is his loss and glad your pride was not shaken. You stay healthy and be safe...the lockdown will end and summer will be coming your way for better days. I hope everything is well with you

omgosh, you were calling hospitals?? that was a very sweet n' caring thing to do. hope this girl realizes that you're giving her a lot of latitude here. i mean clearly you're texting each other (back/forth) the least she could have done was say sorry. you deserve that much.

"Have I been duped?" not a chance! your date was abducted by aliens... unfortunately they blocked all transmissions to,and from the cell phone. i hope this person still remembers you after they finish their experiments bonne chance there is a world of difference between insanity and stupidity

There many people here you talk too and when it comes to meeting it nver happens. Been there many times and now i don't meet anymore. My timenis precious. To me most men just talk no action. I would say move on ur luck is somewhere. else don't waste your time .

Wow.......very very sorry that has happened to you. Im not surprised though, as it happens far too often. Ive said....i realize we are all not everyones cup of tea....thats a given....but not being able to communicate that is a real flaw ....in my opinion. I mean, i understand that things happen, but to not apologize does not leave a good feeling. Yeah, i think you ve been duped......but....it may be a good thing in the long run. You may have dodged a bullet. Dust your self off...and carry on as best as ya can. Ive been there , done that ( sigh )~~
