I think south Asian Indian cultures are interesting. It's not just one culture. India is is just as diverse as Europe is with the Germans and the Greeks and the Irish.

Indian cultures came with yoga, technically yogasana, a way get your exercise when you can't get out. Other aspects of yoga per se have do with spirituality and enlightment. I'm not into the spiritual aspects, but that's just me. I've done hatha yoga for years as a way to cope with overexertion. I've studied tantric arts for insights into things sexual.

And then there's Kama sutra. Kama sutra is excellent. It's a great way warm things in the bedroom and keep things friendly. Actually the family room floor. Nice venue. A bed really isn't going work.

Kama sutra literally means 'guide love'. The text dates from the 5th century BC and discusses courtship, how be socially attractive, how find a partner, how flirt, power in a relationship, how cheat, and sexual positions.
