So am I a so-called "fake?" So earlier a member asked for my friendship on this site and I obliged. I thought he'd enjoy watching my show. I've met some very wonderful guys (and girls) on here, but I made it very clear in my bio for AdultFriendFinder that I cam (and cam only). I have a regular life beyond this with friends, family and a wonderful relationship (my life is full of love, given and received) as well as very "normal" things I enjoy doing. But then, this individual, an overweight, prematurely grey 56 year man began pestering about getting together, offering for a sexual encounter. When it became obvious him that I had no interest in him sexually, he accused of being a "fake." I am sorry you had a bad experience with a jerk. It hurt you because you felt you needed to justify yourself. You do not need to explain yourself. Of course it is fine that you want to explain yourself, but not so good if you felt you had to. That is awkwardly expressed, but you know what I mean. Hope all goes well for you here.

Understand that fake means at least two different things here and everywhere in the United States. The first one - Claiming to be something that you're not. The latest one - and this has been made a mainstream buzzword - 100% manufactured through someones imagination, and sold as Truth. Dating sites are rife with profiles made up by the sites themselves to keep money rolling in. Google that. This site is full of Both. So far I have seen nothing "fake" about this profile. Also understand that many men that go fishing get pissed off and leave if there isn't a bite in 5 minutes. They go home starved and pissed. The one that sits there an hour or 2 catches a stringer full of 'em.

Hey, girl, I cam on here too, and people can get pretty demanding. I've definitely had to block guys before who got too aggressive or tried to act like I'm a whore. Because fuck that! I'd never take money for sex! I TOTALLY agree with you!! Just because I'm horny doesn't mean I'm going to fuck just anyone, and it damn sure doesn't mean I'm willing to fuck nasty guys for money. i don't know but lets see the site sells memberships on the perception that gold here will get you laid many persons on cam ask for points(a form of currency on AdultFriendFinder) they have introduced the "buzz mode" yet another form of training members to pay for sexual play. it seems that everything the site does in someway promotes sex and $$$... so my question would be if you do not fuck at the drop of a buck, are you fake or is this site fake not making judgments here just really really wondering what the meaning of fake is... according to AdultFriendFinder members there is a world of difference between insanity and stupidity

You think that AdultFriendFinder should split in two or more? One for guys and girls who want actual sexual encounters, and one for exhibitionists only? I'm asking this because I don't like hearing about people hurting themselves and others over the labels not being clear enough.

If you do a sexually explicit cam show with a "buzz toy" you are trying (to a greater or lesser extent) to arouse your audience. Most men (I hope) are gentlemen who accept it for what it is and understand the position that you outline above. Howver, not all of your audience will be so enlightened - the fact that you are engaged in a (somewhat - I don't watch these things!) provocative show and make money from it will inevitabl mean that part of that audience will imagine that you are either open to anybody or open to anybody at a price. Plainly, these guys are wrong in your case, as you say, but you need to understand that some of your viewers won't think so. Taken to an extreme, you risk stalkers and your own safety by doing these shows - plainly, the number of nutters out there is small, but it exists and the more shows you do and the more viewers you get, the more certain it is that you will have people in your audience that you really don't want. You invite these people into your life and home when you perform on cam - it is absolutely your choice, but there are downsides and risks to that choice; being labelled as a fake is the very mild side of those risks. Equally, many women who work in the sex industry do provocative cam shows for cash and clients - you know that doesn't apply in your case, but how can your viewers (all) know this?
