Comments please !! I would like some feedback a procedure called a Penile Implant. I'm sixty years old and I have not had sex in over 2 years. I have tried Viagra but have had limited success with it. I have heard of a surgery where inflatable tubes are sewn into the penis and then inflated by a small pump inserted into the scrotum. I think one of the reasons why I don't pursue sex is because of my flaccidity. I have a good size cock about 6 - 7 inches and very thick. It always pleased women before. Has any one had this procedure? Is it worth the expense? Does it turn women off to wait? I really am serious about this surgery and would like feedback on it.  |

If you are on Facebook, I would look to see if there is a Facebook group that covers this topic. There is a group for just about everything on Facebook. Might have to look for an ED group if you can’t find one of this specific surgery.

Met a guy who had such an implant. He was very unhappy with the results. He said his erection was always soft and not a hard one. I stayed a way from such a procedure. The best thing I have found is a vacuum pump by Vacurect , a company in Martinez, Ga. Fast and a rock erection lasting over 30 mins.

As Hamonman suggests, you should be able to find sites dedicated to ED issues and solutions, where you'll be able to talk to people about various options. Another option to look into before going the surgery route is an ED medication that's injected into the penis rather than taken as a pill. The difficult part for most guys, of course, is sticking a needle into their cock. But I've heard lots of good things about it from people who tried and didn't like Viagra or Cialis. So that's something else to look into. And lastly, your absolute best bet for good information would be to go and talk to a urologist. He or she will be able to give you accurate answers to your questions, and may even be able to put you in touch with former patients so you can ask somebody who was on the receiving end. Good luck!

As a woman answering your question ( and I don't speak for ALL women mind you), I have been with someone who has had the pump. His contention was that viagra and cialis didn't work, and while the shot did work, who the hecks want to stop while someone sticks a needle in his dick? From my end, the idea he was going to be hard as long as I wanted or needed him to was a defnite plus. It never failed. In fact when he disclosed to me, I might have had a look on my face like a kid at Christmas. He explained that while it affected the amount of cum he produces, (not that I could tell, but then again I didn't know him presurgery) the pleasure and the feelings for the most part were still intact.

you need to get a referral to see a urologist.... several years ago I did know an older gentleman that had surgery and a pump installed. it worked for him , well I should say it kept his wife a very happy woman.... at the time he was in his early 80's and she was in her mid 40's
