Where'd all the old bloggers go? Most of the people that were here when I started blogging have been gone for a long time. Some bugged out to LJ but I don't really like it over there, though I did give it a try. There are a few loyal friends here. Some I've met in person, some I've talked with on the phone(some just talk, others,uhmm) and others just here. Each reading the other's blog. Ive gone around and read some of the newbies blogs and its just sex,sex sex, but if I'm remembering right (its been so long ago) I did that too when I was fresh here too. Sometimes I wrote about sex I've had but most of the time it was something in between real and make believe. That's not to say I've never had sex that I didn't have to embellish. I think I twisted some tales just to make them a lil more interesting, more visual (I know how you guys are). I kinda got off the beaten path on what I was saying, that the newbies don't know what us old farts do. There's more than sex that's going on here. Sure some that's all they're looking for, a hookup and that's fine but there's so much more here than that. There's shoulders to cry on if you need, there are people here that can make you laugh your ass off, and support if you got something bad going on at home. It's surprising to me the number of women here who were abused sexually when they were young, as if this is the way to be in charge of our own sexuality. I'm one of "them" too. I ended up here playing a joke on Rocky. Hmmm note to self, gotta come up with some HUGE April Fools gag. I got him so bad a few years ago, this was before we were serious, we were just<b> fuck </font></b>buddies really. He was always trying to get me to have sex with this skinny, nerdy guy where he worked, while he watched of course, something I would never do. At that time there was a my 's age (26) that kept wanting me to meet him and have sex with him. I told him, you're my 's age and that makes you a baby in my eyes, I can't. But...... that's not what I told Rocky. Told him to come to my house quick that I was gonna have sex with the baby. He was in his truck and was turning around. Then the thought hit him.... it was April 1!! I laughed till I thought I'd die, wet my pants or maybe both! |

I was wondering where hey went also. It would be great if they would keep contact, I became quite attached to some...as much as that is possible here. Good luck coming up with your April fools gag!

As a reader-only on here, I mourn those who've moved on (SSS, CB2, others) and treasure those who remain. I long ago let my paid status lapse, so I don't even go looking for new replacement blogs to read. Now and again one of my regular bloggers will pimp someone and I'll check out the pimpee. Even less regularly, I'll add that new blog to my list. All things change (and the "more they change, the more they stay the same", some say); I accept the changes as I've changed too. I started on here fresh out of a relationship and seriously looking for some fast hook-ups. Those do not exist, at least from my perspective, but fascinating people DO exist on here and I've come to enjoy knowing these people in an intellectual sense, rather than the more biblical sense. Luckily I did find a relationship that satisfies me; now reading here is my entertainment. W/M, thank you for returning to blogville! I enjoy reading you and have enjoyed our chats too. I hope that the surgery has helped and that you'll be able to catch more fish! Chas
