sorry about that fall and I know what that's like .I ran a farm and every year the swell ice came up out of the ground and just made it hell to walk to the barn and back without falling..The ground froze hard and where the horses ran below the barn it froze into hard lumps..yeah I went down on both knees on the frozen lumps of ground..man that was bad slid down the rest of the way to the bottom of the gate lay there till my husband came along and made me get up..lol

A bad fall, especially onto your knees can have long term effects that don't show up right away. Take note of when this happened so that you can track it back if something seems awry in the future. Hope you get some good relief to work out the aches and pains.

I am glad to hear that nothing is broken, Winter takes a bite of us in so many ways it makes me wonder why we stay so close to the tundra...... I can't blame the dogs either for climbing into bed with you.... I know I would
