oh sorry to have brought you down to my level, i m sure it won t last long.

a cord of wood is 4x4x4 ft.
i lived in PA and i would go though 4 cords in a winter.. i had a wood burning stove insert in a fire place.
i love the warmth of a wood fire.

You must have short cords in PA... or someone was ripping you off... or you just remembered wrong.

A cord of wood... at least here in Vermont is 4 ft x 4 ft x 8 ft.
