Day one after being told I have Diabetes. Doctor broke the news with the phrase "I don't see how you are standing here; your Triglycerides are over 700 we can't even get a reading on your cholesteral, your Blood Sugar is high, your blood pressure is dangerously high, your good cholesteral is too low. You should either have Kidney failure or a Heart Attack or at the very least Pancreas problems". Nice way to start a day.
