Finally getting to the perfect swim temps for the local lakes and water accesses...
But its no fun to go alone...

From West Coast to Midwest, Catching Up with Old/New Friends

Growing up in California I always dreamed of living in the country away from all the busy city people. Like many girls I had a love for horses and the opportunity to go out and spend time in a rural setting. At 30 I took a chance and made a change, put all my stuff in storage and flew to MO to find a new life. My new hometown was 1/3 the size of what I was used to but still had a lot of the special events I enjoyed attending.
If your from Springfield or recently moved there and have not spent time downtown, it can be an amazing experience. I highly recommend art walk nights, take some friends or a special someone to dinner and meander with the crowds. I spent so many days down around the square watching and listening to the native people. The glass blowing shop puts on some amazing displays.
In the long run I managed to capture a country raised native husband and settled down on acres with a house to remodel and a lot of yard to landscape. It will be another couple of years before it is all finished and we will flip it over on the market and reinvest in a larger property with a possible brand new build for a home.
For now I enjoy mostly quiet days, watching new bird species find my feeders, and looking to see if any of the native wild animals are enjoying the creeks and overgrowth. BBQ's with family and friends in the good weather and holidays spent in good cheer around the table.

I have really been enjoying getting back on here and seeing all the wonderful people that are now active in this area. It has been years since I checked and the last 3 I was not available while in a monogamous marriage. I am half of a no drama couple in a stable marriage. We may be interested in couple swap, shared fun in the future with the right people (smoked bbq anyone?).

I am willing drive around an hour visit you, one of my dogs is a puppy with a 6 hour bladder so it cuts down on the time I can spend away from my home.
If you are interested in me hosting it is an option but please understand the following:
my home is in the middle of being remodeled at a very slow pace, there are unfinished sections, and some things will continue be less than pretty til its finished. It is also my dogs home, there is fur on the furniture, the puppy likes spread stuffing from toys, and I live on acres so dust, flies, smells etc occur thanks the cow paddock and other livestock in the area. I have stuff, and with the remodel it is in crates stacked in rooms throughout the house. I do my best to keep things cleaned up and looking great but i am not stuck on making things perfect.
AdultFriendFinder billing says my cards are blocked from purchases and the banks behind the cards do not even show an attempt to purchase. Trying to come up with a way around this and might try a standard visa gift card sometime soon. If it works I will be back to Gold status and happy to chat on I.M. etc.
If you have an answer to this please try to let me know, sorry to all the free people like me out there that I cannot communicate with right now. I see your comments, i.m.'s etc and I actually am interested in talking to at least a few of you.

Its October and all the Altamont Raceway fans know that means its time for the Pumpkin Smash Enduro 300, a demolition derby complete with pumpkins, detergent and water all over the track...
Come and see the cars all decked out for halloween and watch them spin and crash and break down all over the track... the race will begin by 7pm i usually arrive by 5pm, want to have time to get parked, find seats and visit the beer, wine and food vendors...
Bring a blanket and dress warm, the race will run til late, and it gets very cold especially if the wind is blowing...
Its the last race of the season so come and enjoy it....
I dont know how many people are heading up there with me but if anyone on here would like to plan a group thing I will be on and off all day...

Who could've guessed that a last minute decision could have led to so much fun.....
Gotta love getting a text that says "i'm bored" and of course being able to return such a statement with "want to walk the dog?" should be far from exciting. But from now on i will have something to think about....
One three mile walk down the local levee system, get back to the cars to say our farewells... A few kisses, a few touches, and a naughty opportunity....sex in public...parked a 1/2 mile from a main road, knowing someone else could be at the dead end street any minute..

wow its been a long time since ive spent this many weekends in a row without a companion to do something with.
Im looking for someone to go camping or day hiking. Complete with photography, good conversation and maybe a little overnite playtime in a tent. Have you ever skinny dipped in a lake at night in the mountains? Roasted marshmallows and a fire included.
