I as well try to be punctual and most times are. If I am late for a meeting or anything else it generally is because of someone else or because I have miscalculated my route. However, saying that I have learned to chill if someone is being late for me.....to a point. You can't control other people's reactions....only yours. Found a quote for those who are habitually late however.... Arriving late is a way of saying your time is more valuable than the time of the person who waited for you. Seems selfish doesn't it?

I used to pick up a fellow student on the way to college many years ago. She was always late. Every. Single. Day. Even if I was late, she was still not ready. If I blew the car horn i got abuse from her parents for waking them up. Well, tell your daughter to get her finger out and be ready on time. So one day near the end of the second and final year, I turned up and waited with the engine running for the usual five minutes. And then left without her as she still wasn't ready. Her dad had to get up and drive her in to college and I got an earful from her. She still just wouldn't get it and that was the end of our friendship. I'm the opposite, I always like to be early. Anyway, congrats on the photo selection.

I am late to your blogs lately...got good reason to be behind,,,,when I was young I was late a lot going to work,,,just could not wake to the alarm,,when I started morning weight workouts all that changed...I started getting to the job at least a half hour early...once I moved here, Having an 80 mile drive,,I would arrive hours early, to avoid traffic, dislike traffic a lot, and take a nap then go have breakfast somewhere close.
