Hey guys, I know I said that I wasn't going to blog anymore, but I have to tell somebody what happened last Tuesday. I guess the best place to start is the beginning. That means that autumn is close by. Cool weather, great camping, and an all around great time to be outside. By myself I hope. The peace and solitude of it all is so refreshing. But that won't be for at least another month, and maybe more.
So here's the update on my boring life. I worked, took care of sick , and argued a bit with the husband. Other than that nothing has much happened. I was told that I should be going to second shift this week, but that didn't happen. Still stuck on first. The new guy is a shameless flirt now that I know him, or maybe it's that he's gotten to know me? I don't know. The shy guy isn't running off as much. I think he's getting used to me now. I'm still tempted to corner him, and talk to him. It'll probably make him piss his pants though.
At home the have been sick, and the hubby has been an ass. Other than that nothing much has been happening. So it's just like normal.
I have been busy being doctor mom so I haven't been online as much, but I did find time to make a few captions. Unfortunately I don't know if they're any good. Well it's been a while, but seeing as hardly anyone actually reads my drivel I doubt anyone noticed. I don't know why I even post anymore. It's not like I have a ton of time to be on here telling strangers my life story, but it is nice to get some of this off my chest.
My vacation went well. Nice and relaxing. Got rained out the day before we had to leave, but otherwise the heat and humidity could have been better. I prefer camping in October and November, but I'll go anytime I can. It's nice to eat food cooked on the fire even when it's so damned hot out. (I made him cook) We did some swimming, fishing, biking, hiking, and explored one small cave. All in all it was a good time.
Back at work today. I didn't want to, but the bills need to be paid. I wish I could work less and get paid more. Anyone know how I can do that? The day seemed to drag on longer than normal, and I really didn't want to be there even though I went in late because of a doctor's appointment this morning. Doctor says that I'm all good. No more poking, prodding, or boob squishing until next year.

I always loved watching the big shows of fireworks. Who doesn't?
It's that time again for another edition of My Boring Life. Not much has happened since last week. I'm kind of surprised that I don't get anymore than a couple of comments on my stuff, but I guess nobody really cares about reading about my boring existence.
I'm still working days (which I hate) until the boss figures that I'm trained good enough. "At least until August." I'm told. My work still consists of running down to the warehouse a lot, and that one guy is still there. He still walks away when he sees me. I'm tempted to sneak up behind him, and start a conversation with him. I wonder what he'd do? Other than that my times are still a bit much, but getting better. (My time to prep and expedite an order is timed.)
The kiddos are still home, and complaining of being bored. I guess telling them to clean isn't what they consider fun. Imagine that. Love them to bits, but they do get on one's nerves at times. Hubby is getting some OT at work, and along with my OT we're getting some extra money to fix up the camper we just got. Unfortunately there's no way it'll be done before our family vacation coming up.
No real good dreams to speak of lately. I haven't been sleeping too well so I've been tired a lot. I'm feeling better except my cough is somewhat there yet so I don't think it's that causing me to not sleep. I don't know why, but some nights I sleep sound, and other nights I toss and turn all night. All I know is that I'm really ready for some quiet time next to a warm fire.

The weather that is. Other than that there is no real changes in my busy schedule, and I still have a ton of crap to get done. Work is going good, but my hours are still crappy. The one guy still creeps me out a bit, but he's harmless. I have been so busy lately that I haven't even had time to surf the web like I want. You can guess what I'm searching for. Lol. On a positive note some friends just gave me an older pop up camper. It needs some work, but is in pretty good shape. We just had to tow it to our cabin yesterday, and now we need to get the parts to fix it. Then it will hopefully be a lot of camping this year. I guess time will tell for sure though.

Yesterday it was in the nineties, and humid. It's still warm in here. I can't wait for fall. I never much cared for the hot summer temps, and the bugs that come with them. It's nice to be able to walk around totally nude without being chilled, but not when you're going to be carried away by mosquitos. I think it's going to be a hot summer.
On another note I still have a bit of my ear infection yet, but my cough is almost gone. Finally! Now I can actually think more clearly without the congestion in my head and chest. It's been a wild ride with this one. Coughing, sneezing, head and chest congestion, ear infection, all topped off with pink eye. My hubby tells me that when I get sick I go all out, and I think he's right on this one.
My new job is still going well. I'm still learning all the details. There's a lot of small things that come together to complete one piece of my job. It's very technical. The running up and down stairs all day is still something I am having issues getting used to, but I'm sure I will in due time. Until then my legs and feet ache almost everyday. I like the job though. I hope it stays interesting like it is, and the people I work with are all nice and helpful. The one guy in the warehouse even smile at me when I walked past him and said "hi." Then he walked away. He must be shy or something. One of the girls I work with says that he's short with her when she asks him something, and she said that he's kind of rude when he talks. She didn't elaborate, but if he smiles when I say "hi" I think I'm doing good.
Then are home all day now since school is out. I haven't had any me time in weeks. I love having them around, but still long for a small bit of personal time. The hubby is picking up extra hours at work so he's not able to take them anywhere lately, and I've been getting extra hours which leaves little time for me anywhere in there. I am so ready to just drop everything and drive up to the woods for a night. A cool night with a warm campfire sounds like a perfect remedy for what ails me, but it's been raining so much lately that it would turn into a wet night with my tent blowing all around. Those campouts aren't much fun.

Sorry about the title. It's the catchiest thing I could come up with today. On another note My are out of school now, and my alone time has dwindled to nil. I'm hoping for my schedule at work to change to something a bit more normal. I'm tired of working during the day. I never did like it. Then I can have some me time while they sleep.
Camping hasn't happened for me yet this year unfortunately. I was hoping to get out over the holiday weekend, but other stuff came up. Like me still being sick. I got some new meds again on Friday. They seem to be working a bit, but I still have a bad cough that won't stop. I hope to be rid of this soon.
No good dreams to speak of. My home life has been busier than usual. Hopefully that's over now. Work is still challenging me in some areas, but I'm learning. I don't know what his issue is, but I hope it's nothing bad.

So it's the weekend finally. I would say long weekend, but I have to go to work in a few minutes so this will be a short update.
I have had a busy weekend ahead, and am liking my new job even though the hours are getting longer. I am told that this isn't even the busy season yet. I hate working so much, but the money does help. The are almost out of school, and then I'll have even less time for myself. That too is okay. I love being with them. How's that for a title? I'm sure a few clicked on this blog just because of it. Good. I am an attention . I like to read others thoughts, and I read others blogs on here all the time. I like to look at the profiles, and chat with people about anything. That's just who I am. There's never enough time in the day to chat, but I answer everyone eventually.
I don't have any dreams to report about, and my job is still going good even though the hours suck. With the warm weather my time indoors is becoming limited even more. Our family vacation is all planned out, and I'm hoping for some camping next weekend. We'll see how that pans out. I've been pretty sick lately, but other than that I'm doing good. Another Week Over

Well people I officially have two weeks in at my new job, and I think it's going well. My legs still are sore from walking more than I have in a long time, but I'm sure it'll do me some good.
